Acceptance and capacity
Use the store only under terms that apply to your activity. Place orders when legally able to enter the transaction, or through someone with lawful authority. Mandatory consumer protections are preserved.
General use conditions
Use the website lawfully and without disrupting it or other users. Reasonable action may be taken against fraud, security threats or serious misuse, subject to legal duties and existing order rights.
Product information
Read the description, measurements, materials, quantities and selected options before ordering. Displays can affect appearance. We seek accurate information and address material inaccuracies with appropriate options rather than impose an undisclosed substitution.
Prices and service changes
Prices, selection and online functions may change for future purchases. Review the checkout currency and final amount. If a material issue affects a submitted order, we explain the available correction, cancellation or required refund.
Receiving an order
An acknowledgement records receipt and may precede acceptance or dispatch. Availability, payment authorization and reasonable fraud checks may affect fulfillment. We communicate if an order cannot proceed and arrange any legally required refund.

Fulfillment and after-sales
Our Shipping & Delivery and Return & Refund Policy explain the relevant processes. Average fulfillment is 8–14 business days. After payment confirmation, processing and dispatch generally take no more than 3 business days, followed by estimated transit of 5–11 business days. Business days mean Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Actual arrival can vary; these are estimates, not delivery guarantees. Order amendments require confirmation and depend on fulfillment, subject to statutory rights.

Submissions and feedback
Supply only content you have a right to share. Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, infringing or unauthorized personal material. Feedback intended for publication may be displayed and reasonably formatted for that purpose; underlying ownership remains with its owner.
